Following an extensive redevelopment, the Arthur Seat Eagle reopened with new Swiss-made chairlifts and a stunning new base building by McGann Architects.

To realise the textural effect, the architect used Biowood S4SO batten profiles in 50x50mm, 75x50mm, 100x50mm and 150x50mm with a 50-mm gap between each batten.

Biowood composite product was selected because of its ultra-low maintenance and its high fire rating of BAL 29
