WELCOME TO RECLAIM COLLECTIVE
Our engineered reclaimed flooring are sourced from recycled timbers from demonishment projects, ensuring greater stability, unique characteristic and unparallel environmental credentials.
The boards are bonded with FSC certified Russian birch plywood using exterior bond glue by PEFC certified manufacturing process.
Timber is a scarce resource and with this method, much greater usage can be achieved.
Our reclaimed timber are sourced from timber used previously for housing and building constructions across Australia.
These timber are removed during demolishment process by licenced demolisher across South East Australia. Full Chain of Custody documentation is available upon request.
Species mix of South East hardwoods include messmate, stringybark, Victorian ash, cut tailsilver top ash etc. Majority of these timber has a blonde colour appearance.
Timbers sourced from other construction projects across, for example the Gladstone Pipeline in QLD includes blackbutt, Sydney Bluegum, spotted gum, ironbark and rose gum etc are generally sorted into 4 colour groups – blondes, light reds, dark reds and browns.
