The new Performing Arts Centre designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke consists of 500 seat auditorium theatre, back of house areas, dressing and control rooms, foyers, dance studio, music practice rooms and administration areas. Biowood castellated cladding (WPO20856 spotted gum) features on the soffits and façade of the Loyola Performance Arts. The Biowood cladding added a timber warmth to the building and complements the many architectural finishes including glazed brickworks, feature metal works and bluestone paving.
